By downloading, accessing, or using the Ask HEMI app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Ask HEMI is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to support lifestyle and health-related information. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

  • Malaysia (PDPA 2010) for users in Malaysia,

  • Indonesia (PDP Law 2022) for users in Indonesia, and

  • United Kingdom (UK GDPR & DPA 2018) for users in the UK.
